Directions

The 2009 Festival will be held in Seeger Chapel on the campus of Milligan College in Milligan, Tennessee (near Johnson City).
 

Directions to the Sonata Festival from I-26:

1. Take Exit #24 on I-26 (Elizabethton Exit).
2. At end of the freeway exit ramp, turn right onto the highway towards Elizabethton (TN-67/US-321). (Turn right regardless of what direction you were traveling on the freeway).
3. Continue for 1/4 mile, then exit right onto the Milligan Highway (the Shell gas station is on the right). At the stop sign, turn right towards Milligan College.
4. Travel 2.6 miles to entrance for the College.
5. At the entrance, cross the bridge, then turn left at the first corner (adjacent to the post office).
6. Almost immediately, turn right. Proceed to the parking lot BELOW Seeger Chapel. (On the Milligan College map, this is the lot titled "Events Parking" near #12). After parking, walk up the hill to the main entrance of Seeger Chapel for Festival registation.
